Terms & Conditions

1. In order for your booking to be confirmed a 50% deposit or an accommodation voucher of the package total is required within 48hours of the booking.  Deposits are payable by means of credit card or direct deposits.   Should the deposits not be received as requested the establishment reserves the right to cancel the reservation without written or verbal notice

2. If cancelled 0-7 days prior to arrival, forfeit 100% of deposit , 8-14 days forfeit 75%, 15-21 days forfeit 50%, 21+ days forfeit 30%. We reserve the right to charge the entire invoiced stay for premature cancellation of the booking.

3. Check in is from 14h00 - 20h00. Check out time is 10h00 except by prior arrangement with the owner.

4. No persons, other than those quoted at the time of booking, are permitted to share the accommodation. In the event of additional guests arriving, they will be charged the regular rates.

5. Payment may be made using credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Diners, American Express and Snapscan), EFT, Direct deposits.

6. Once deposits have been received, it is then deemed that you agree with these terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy / Deposit Terms

Please note our cancellation policy / deposit terms:  

      

Cancellation made over 21 days before arrival : 70% refund of deposit

Cancellation made 14 - 21 days before arrival: 50% refund of deposit

Cancellation made 8 - 13 days before arrival: 25% refund of deposit

Cancellation made within 7 days of arrival: no refund. of deposit

IF ARRIVAL IS 2 DAYS OR LESS  - FULL ACCOMMODATION AMOUNT IS REQUIRED AS DEPOSIT

SINGLE DAY BOOKING = DEPOSIT IS FULL AMOUNT OF STAY

FROM 14/12 TO 02/01 - MINIMUM STAY BOOKINGS MAY NOT BE LESS THAN 2 DAYS
